Unlike busy salon environments, K9 Glow Up offers a calm, private setting where your dog receives crate-free, undivided attention from start to finish. This creates a more relaxed, stress-free grooming experience tailored entirely to their individual needs. I also offer a safe collection & delivery service for owners with busy lifestyles or for those who find it difficult to travel to the salon (charges apply).
I understand that choosing a groomer is an important decision - that's why I offer a free, no obligation meet and greet before your dog's first appointment. This gives your dog the opportunity to become familiar with the salon environment and allows us to discuss their individual needs and requirements before committing to a groom.
Every appointment includes a complimentary weight check, allowing you to monitor your dogs weight as part of their general health and wellbeing.

Appointment Process
• Drop-off at your scheduled time
• Your dog will be groomed start to finish without interruption
• You will be contacted when your dog is ready for collection
Arrival & Preparation
To ensure the best experience for your dog;
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time to ensure a smooth schedule.
- Please park on the private driveway where I will come and meet you.
- Please ensure your dog has been walked and toileted before arrival
- Avoid feeding immediately before the appointment
- Dogs must be brought on a secure lead
- Please inform me in advance of any health or behavioural concerns
